COVID-19 Shipping Policy The Lateral Objects e-shop is still up and running, but in order to stay as safe as possible, we will be shipping out web orders on a weekly basis instead of within our usual 24-48 hour window. Please email us at info@lateralobjects.com if you need a shipment by a specific day and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. Complimentary ground shipping within the Continental United States on orders over $80. Flat shipping fee of $10 on orders under $80. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. Please email us at orders@lateralobjects.com for more infomation. All in-stock orders ship from New York City within 48 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not be processed until the next business day. All unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery excluding the cost of return shipping. Once the return has been approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at orders@lateralobject.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders that ship within the state of New York. Taxes are automatically added at checkout. Taxes do not apply to orders outside of New York.
